DeeAnn Shepherd has been a Grantham, NH local for over 25 years, currently living in the beautiful residential community of Eastman. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, DeeAnn spent time working in customer service in the banking industry and was a childbirth educator and Certified Doula, compassionately assisting women through childbirth.

For over a decade DeeAnn has been successfully involved in the real estate business, specializing in residential real estate and land. As a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), DeeAnn provides honest representation and individual attention to both buyers and sellers. DeeAnn works close to home at CG Shepherd Realty, LLC in Grantham, NH and is the managing broker of their Hanover, NH office. She has extensive knowledge about her own and surrounding communities, including the Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley/Dartmouth regions.

DeeAnn is active in her local community, which holds annual charity events including the Turkey Trot – a run/walk event to benefit local families and food pantries throughout the colder New Hampshire months, as well as year-round coat drives to benefit local families in need. Besides her local community, DeeAnn is very active in the lives of her husband and four children, including one in college! She has been an active member of the Grantham Parent/Teacher Group, CCBA Swim Team, Parent Council in Lebanon, NH, and a committee member on the UVAC Titans Swim Team in White River Junction, VT.
